Terms and Conditions – Be Vintage Club (Version: 2025) 1. Definitions 1.1. Terms and Conditions: the entirety of the provisions as set out below. 1.2. Be Vintage Club: the sole proprietorship registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 87371766 and established in Eindhoven, at Stoomstraat 141 (5617 AS). The VAT number of Be Vintage Club is NL004413297B57. 1.3. Vintage item(s): all products sold by Be Vintage Club through the webshop. These include, but are not limited to, bags, wallets and accessories in the broadest sense. 1.4. Customer(s): any natural or legal person with whom Be Vintage Club enters into or intends to enter into an agreement. 1.5. Agreement: the agreement as concluded between Be Vintage Club and the Customer. 1.6. Parties: the Customer and Be Vintage Club together. 1.7. Written: on paper or by email, in the broadest sense of the word. 1.8. Website: www.bevintageclub.com. 2. Applicability 2.1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, quotations, orders and agreements made or carried out by or on behalf of Be Vintage Club. 2.2. Be Vintage Club reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Terms and Conditions. Any modified Terms and Conditions will be published in the latest version available on the website. 2.3. If the Customer also uses general terms and conditions, these shall explicitly not apply. 3. Offer 3.1. All offers of Be Vintage Club are without obligation. 3.2. The offer of Be Vintage Club can be found on the website and on its social media platforms. All product descriptions aim to be as complete and accurate as possible. 3.3. Be Vintage Club is not affiliated with the brands sold through its webshop. 3.4. Be Vintage Club is not bound by any offer that the Customer can reasonably understand to be based on a clear error (e.g., typographical or pricing errors). 4. Ordering 4.1. Orders can be placed via the webshop by adding items to the shopping cart and confirming payment. 4.2. By placing an order, you confirm that you are over 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. 4.3. Once the order has been placed, Be Vintage Club will confirm the order via email. 5. Prices, Shipping Costs and Payment 5.1. Prices in the webshop are in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs, unless otherwise indicated. 5.2. Shipping costs are calculated as follows: - Orders shipped within the Netherlands: €9.95 - Orders shipped to Belgium: €18.95 - Orders shipped within the European Union (excluding NL & BE): €35 - Orders shipped outside the EU: €50 5.3. Import duties, taxes and customs charges for orders outside the EU are at the Customer’s expense. 5.4. Be Vintage Club reserves the right to adjust prices and shipping rates at any time. 6. Delivery and Liability 6.1. Delivery takes place at the address provided by the Customer. 6.2. Be Vintage Club aims to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days. 6.3. Be Vintage Club is not liable for delays or losses caused by postal or courier services. 6.4. Liability is limited to the amount paid by the liability insurance of Be Vintage Club or, if not applicable, to a maximum of €1,000. 7. Right of Withdrawal 7.1. Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the item without providing a reason. 7.2. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. 7.3. Returned items must be in their original condition, unused and with all labels attached. 8. Intellectual Property 8.1. All intellectual property rights related to the website and content of Be Vintage Club belong to Be Vintage Club. 8.2. It is prohibited to copy, distribute or reproduce any content without prior written consent. 9. Force Majeure 9.1. Be Vintage Club is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control (force majeure). 10. Privacy 10.1. Be Vintage Club handles personal data with care and in accordance with its Privacy & Cookie Policy available on the website. 11. Complaints 11.1. Complaints must be submitted in writing to info@bevintageclub.com within a reasonable period after discovery. 11.2. Be Vintage Club will respond within 14 days of receiving a complaint. 12. Applicable Law 12.1. Dutch law applies to all agreements between Be Vintage Club and the Customer. 12.2. The competent court is the District Court of Oost-Brabant, the Netherlands. Version: 2025
