How long does shipping take?
We aim to dispatch all orders within two business days.Orders within the Netherlands and Belgium are fully insured and shipped via PostNL, with delivery typically taking up to two business days after dispatch.
For international orders, we ship with UPS, and delivery usually takes 4–8 business days, depending on the destination.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details to monitor your parcel.
Is it possible to return my item?

How do i know if there are any signs of damage on the items?

How do i know the condition of the item?
All our vintage bags are thoroughly inspected and described as accurately as possible. Please note that, due to their age and previous use, minor imperfections may be present.We use the following general grading system to indicate each item’s condition.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Do i have pay for import duties?
For orders shipped outside the European Union (EU), additional import duties or taxes may apply.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs.
